MO SB1106 (Housing) Would withhold state homelessness assistance funding from cities and counties that do not enforce certain anti-camping laws and see an increase in their unhouse population. This bill is in committee. See bill here.
MO SB1171 (Environmental and Business Regulations) Would prohibit any public body, including local governments, from contracting with businesses that use environmental, social, and governance scoring for their own contracting and subcontracting. This bill is in committee. See bill here.
MO HB1686 (Public Health Authority) Would prohibit any public body (excluding hospitals), political subdivision, or public school district from requiring COVID-19 vaccinations. This bill has passed the state assembly and crossed over to the state senate. See bill here.
OK SB2 (LGBTQ) Requires all parents of all student athletes to sign an affidavit confirming the student’s biological sex at birth prior to the student participating in school athletics. Allows other students and their parents to sue a school for violating this affidavit requirement. This bill has been sent to the governor for signature. See bill here.
