During the 2022 state legislative session Local Solutions Support Center (LSSC) is publishing a weekly digest summarizing notable abusive preemption bills and their progress through session. This post will serve as an archive of all updates for the 2022 legislative session.

PA HB972: Would restrict trans students from playing scholastic and collegiate sports. Would create a private right of action for other parents or students against the school for not enforcing this requirement. The bill passed the House and has been sent to the Senate. See bill here.
